Core Values:Trust, Accountability and Collaboration

In order to succeed as a team, we must make informed decisions based upon data, and move quickly to react to changes in market conditions. We must always make certain that our actions are what are best for our students and their experience. Trust first in yourself, and in each other, as together we are much stronger. We will hold each other more accountable, providing each other support, giving accurate information, even if it is information we might not want to convey. It is by working together, collaborating, sharing ideas and experiences, that the global enrollment team will win, achieve its goals, and provide a five-star service experience to our students.
